Traveling Vegan Chef
On January, 30th 2023 I decided to leave my home-base of Los Angeles, CA where I ran a plant-based meal prep and catering service-base business and hop on a flight to Bali, Indonesia on a one-way flight. This decision has changed my life forever, and I am now offering my plant-based chef and catering services around the world. Catering Events: parties, corporate events, and other special occasions.
Pop-up Restaurants: temporary pop-ups in different countries/locations
Cooking Classes and Workshops: cooking classes, workshops, and demonstrations
Collaborative Projects: collaborating with other chefs, artists, or professionals to create a unique dining experiences that blend food with other forms of art or entertainment
Consulting and Menu Design: Assisting with the development of menus for restaurants and hotels to improve overall culinary operations.
Private Chef Services: Services for individuals or families, creating personalized menus and cooking meals in clients’ homes.
